• To receive healthcare insurance, household income must be $4,000 a year or less.
• Should Ricardo have gone to a patient funeral?
• Oregon does not meet the health care system needs and is in critical need of care. Ricardo decision is the ease his pain.
• He was able to get healthcare but it was too late
